🔢 Direct Code Entry

  1. Manually turn on the device you want to control.
  2. Press and hold the Setup button until the remote's indicator light turns on.
  3. Press the device button corresponding to your device to be controlled (e.g. TV, DVD, SAT, etc.). The indicator light will first blink and then remain on.
  4. Enter a 4-digit code for your device brand (use our code lookup tool above). If the code is valid, the indicator light will turn off. If not, it will blink a few times.
  5. Test the remote buttons (like Vol +/- and Channel +/-) and verify the functionality. If the device responds as it should, no further programming is needed - you are done. If some of the buttons do not work, then repeat the process with the next code listed for your brand until your find a completely working code.
  6. Repeat the process for each device you want to control.

Notes:

  • For combination devices such as TV/DVD combo or TV/VCR combo, you need to enter a code for each device.
  • If none of the codes listed for your brand work, program your remote using Auto Code Search method.

  4. Press the Power button. The remote will send a batch of 10 codes and check if any one of it work.
  5. When the device turns off, turn it on manually.
  6. Press the Vol+ button to cycle through the codes and test them. Give a time interval of 3 seconds before the next press. Repeat until the device turns off. Once the device turns off, press the device button again to store the code.
  7. Test the buttons of the remote. If everything works as expected, you are done. If not repeat the process.
